Elusive Salon was founded in 2017 on a belief that beauty professionals deserve more than a chair at someone else's table. They deserve a space that is truly their own — and a team that actually wants to see them win.
How it started
Leisle Rose and Crissy Kerbs didn't open Elusive because it was the easy thing to do. They opened it because they saw a gap — and they had exactly what it took to fill it.
Leisle brings deep expertise in business ownership, operations, and growth strategy. She understands the financial side of running a business: keeping overhead manageable, building sustainable systems, and creating the conditions for real profitability. Crissy brings years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry — she knows the craft, the clients, and what it takes to build a loyal following from the ground up.
Together, they built something neither could have built alone: a salon environment designed from day one to help beauty professionals succeed as business owners — not just service providers.
Supporting women in business
At the heart of everything Elusive does is a commitment to helping women build businesses they're proud of. That means keeping overhead where it needs to be so professionals can be profitable right from the start. It means offering flexible booth and suite options that grow with them. And it means creating a community where ambition is celebrated and support is real.
Many of the professionals at Elusive started part time — building their clientele on their own schedule, with low risk and low overhead. As their books filled up, they moved to full-time. As their businesses grew, they expanded into larger private suites. That progression isn't an accident — it's the model working exactly as intended.
Where we are today
What started as a dream is now a vibrant community of over 30 independent beauty professionals, housed in 15 private suites and 8 open booth stations in the heart of Idaho Falls.
Our professionals specialize in everything from hair color and extensions to nail art, lash applications, brow design, permanent makeup, fine line tattoos, teeth whitening, and tanning. Whatever you're looking for, someone at Elusive does it exceptionally well.
